ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join a growing analytics team supporting executive and operational reporting. In this role, you will own dashboard development end-to-end — from data source design through polished, executive-ready deliverables. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and your output will directly inform business decisions at the leadership level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive and operational audiences — using advanced features including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and parameters

• Create ad hoc reports and data summaries for internal business teams

• Write and optimize SQL to pull, validate, and organize data from multiple sources

• Proactively QA data and flag issues before they reach stakeholders

• Support reporting automation, daily data crosswalks, and data modeling improvements

• Assist with merging and migrating data from multiple source systems

• Support revenue cycle and operational reporting projects

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Tableau (4–5 years) with advanced expertise: LOD expressions, parameters, executive dashboard design

• SQL (3+ years)

• Ad hoc reporting experience

• Strong data validation and QA instincts — you catch problems before stakeholders do

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Python

• Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud

• Data modeling

• Healthcare analytics

• Revenue cycle reporting

• Reporting automation

• A communicator who can walk a non-technical executive through a dashboard as confidently as a fellow analyst

• Someone ready to walk through previous dashboards or code during the interview process
