As we continue to grow our sales organization, we are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to help us identify and attract top sales talent.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting for sales positions across the organization. This is a fully remote contract engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offersProactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategiesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamicsMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progressEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and manage candidate activity within the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsProvide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer decisionsQualifications3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales rolesHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boardsPrior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quicklySelf-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environmentExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)The duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran or as an individual with a disability.
