Connected Logistics is seeking three Systems Administrator II, Help Desk professionals for a hybrid role. The position involves resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues that Tier I cannot fix, while also providing end-user support and maintaining backend server health.


Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues that Tier I (Help Desk I) cannot fix, including OS crashes, driver conflicts, and peripheral integration

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology or a related field with 1 year of professional experience in engineering or IT OR 4 years of professional experience plus 1 or more years in Engineering or Information Technology
  • Active Secret government experience
  • Must have hands on Help Desk professional experience in any level (HD 1, 2, 3)
