Position Summary
The Technical Implementation Specialist (also known as Migration Specialist) owns technical accuracy and configuration for customer implementations. This specialized role focuses on census accuracy, eligibility rules, platform configuration, and technical setup - enabling Account Managers to focus on relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
- Lead technical implementation coordination including HRIS integration and platform configuration
- Execute data migration from legacy systems to SureCo platform
- Manage technical setup and configuration for new and existing customers
- Coordinate with Product/Engineering teams on technical requirements
- Provide technical discrepancy analysis and resolution
Census & Eligibility Management
- Own census processing and data integrity
- Ensure eligibility rule accuracy and proper configuration
- Validate employee data accuracy and completeness
- Partner with HRIS team on census management and troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve census-related discrepancies
Technical Reporting & Validation
- Generate and validate technical reports for customers and internal teams
- Perform data quality audits and validation checks
- Document technical configurations and processes
- Support ongoing census maintenance and updates
Training & Education
- Deliver training and education to customer HR teams on platform usage
- Provide broker education and enablement on technical features
- Create and maintain technical documentation and guides
- Support customers with technical questions and platform navigation
Key Performance Indicators
- Census and Eligibility Accuracy: = 99.5% (Primary focus)
- Data Migration Accuracy: = 99.5%
- Onboarding Time: = 60 days for technical implementation
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to consult with clients on technical matters

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in technical implementation, data migration, or systems configuration
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.) preferred
- Benefits administration or healthcare technology experience a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of systems, data structures, and integrations
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and validation
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Communication: Can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Documentation: Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Training Delivery: Comfortable teaching and enabling users
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Experience with HRIS platforms and APIs
- Understanding of data integration concepts
- Familiarity with eligibility rules and benefits administration
- SQL knowledge a plus

Compensation:
- This is a 100% remote position (aligned with US Pacific Time) with an annual salary of $70,000 plus experience.
- Anticipated start date: Week of June 1, 2026
