The Strategic Account Executive’s goals will be to work with your existing business portfolio/relationships and develop new relationships to sell the Rubicon program and platform to mid-size to large, targeted prospects. Typical deal size will exceed $1-million annual contract value.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">An ideal candidate will have the passion for landing many deals and strive to be the very best. To succeed, this executive will be a self-starter and motivator interested in top level performance. Knowledge of tech sales, facility maintenance sales or strategic partnership sales is a plus.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Educate customers on service differentiation and value-added during the sales process</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Develop sales strategies for assigned accounts that meet and exceed sales objectives</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Identify new business leads and contact prospective key clients to promote products and services</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in negotiating favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and deal structures</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Anticipate how decisions are made and persistently explore customers’ business needs</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Follow up after sales to achieve referrals, maintain a high level of integrity, commitment, and trust</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Develop partnerships and relationships with organizations related to the industry, leverage understanding of account competitors and the marketplace</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support Key Account Directors in growth opportunities with current customers</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Assist with booth setup as needed at trade shows and/or other events</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">This job has no supervisory responsibilities<strong>.</strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Experience & Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">High School Diploma or equivalent and Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Five (5)+ years of relevant work experience with a successful track record with national account selling multi-million-dollar contracts.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to build and maintain pipeline.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of client management.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and supporting high-level strategic initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Travel and/or onsite work will be on an as needed basis.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Physical Demands and Working Environment</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
