starpower - Account Coordinator, Influencer and Entertainment Marketing (Health and Wellness)

Real Chemistry is a global agency dedicated to transforming healthcare through deep scientific expertise and innovative marketing solutions. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support their Health and Wellness client accounts by managing influencer campaigns and ensuring quality control of content.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with influencer team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as: Facilitate campaign outreach
• Draft and update contracts for all approved influencers
• Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
• Organize all submitted content for team and brand reviews
• Supervise and ensure all campaign content is being captured as needed
• Supervise influencers and their branded content for quality control once live
• Supervise and track campaign performance in real-time
• Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices, inputting creative briefs, shipping product, crafting meeting agendas and providing recaps

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists
• Experience working at a talent agency or directly supporting a talent agent is strongly preferred
• An innate passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment
• A passion for the pharmaceutical space, including but not limited to women's health, aesthetics, oncology, and more
• Ability to work closely with account team to understand importance of tasks and easily shift priorities
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Phenomenal attention to detail
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
