What You'll Do
As a Staff Assistant I in our Technical Operations Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to team members and management, ensuring all operational needs are met with efficiency and professionalism
- Managing and processing overtime requests with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of training sessions and professional development programs for team members
- Maintaining WorkBrain entries for all employees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity across the division
- Serving as a backup support team member, stepping in as needed to provide coverage and maintain operational continuity
- Performing data entry tasks with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM), demonstrating efficiency and accuracy in all documentation
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Technical Operations Division

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Typing Proficiency: Ability to type at least 35 WPM with accuracy
- Knowledge: Familiarity with SharePoint and WorkBrain platforms is a plus
