About the Role:
|
|
We are seeking a skilled and proactive D365 Finance & Operations System Administrator to join our IT Support and maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 F&O administration, along with working knowledge of Power Platform and Azure administration. The candidate should also have the ability and willingness to learn D365 development (x++), Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot development & administration.

Key Responsibilities:
|
|
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administration
|
|
• Manage, monitor, and maintain D365 F&O environments (Prod, UAT, Dev).
|
|
• Perform system health checks, environment refreshes, LCS management, and issue resolution.
|
|
• Support application lifecycle management, deployments, and release coordination.
|
|
• Manage user roles, security configurations and audit logs.
|
|
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
|
|
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for D365 projects.
|
|
Power Platform Administration
|
|
• Manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, permissions, and connectors.
|
|
• Monitor and manage Power Automate flows and Power Apps usage.
|
|
• Ensure best practices in governance, compliance, and platform stability.
|
|
Azure Administration
|
|
• Support security role management for D365 & Power Platform.
|
|
• Monitor Azure resources related to D365 integrations and middleware.
|
|
• Assist with Azure Key Vault, API permissions, and integration configurations.
|
|
Required Qualifications
|
|
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Operations system administration.
|
|
• Strong understanding of LCS, D365 environments, and security roles.
|
|
• Working knowledge of Power Platform administration.
|
|
• Working knowledge of Azure administration, especially Azure resources.
|
|
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of integrations, batch jobs, and extensions.
|
|
• Ability to collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.
|
|
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset toward system improvement.
|
