Position Summary: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in various locations, with a focus on candidates who live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to help members better understand their coverage and options, offering the solutions needed to simplify their health care experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our pharmacy benefit plan members. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Handling Inbound Customer Calls: Respond to incoming calls from plan members seeking assistance with their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescription services.

  • Providing Insurance Information: Answer questions regarding prescription insurance benefits, eligibility, coverage details, and options available to members.

  • Resolving Customer Issues: Address concerns and resolve issues related to medication coverage, claims, and pharmacy services in a timely and professional manner.

  • Educating Members: Explain complex insurance terminology and health care options in a clear, understandable way to help members make informed decisions about their coverage.

  • Offering Solutions: Through your skills and knowledge, provide appropriate solutions and recommendations that simplify the health care experience for our members.

  • Documenting Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our computer system.

  • Following Compliance Guidelines: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and governmental compliance requirements throughout all interactions with member information.

  • Participating in Training: Successfully complete the comprehensive training program, including 8 weeks of onsite training with hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement.

  • Maintaining Performance Standards: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and quality of service.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications and comfortability using multiple software systems simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Work Schedule Availability: Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule with varying start times that rotate to support business needs. Site hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time, and days off and hours may vary.

  • Location Requirement: Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV to be eligible for this position.

Pay Range
