The Role: Social Media Chat Sales Representative

As an entry-level Social Media Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that drive sales of coaching programs across major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our clients – successful business coaches and thought leaders – by engaging with their audience in a genuine, professional manner that builds trust and converts interest into sales.

You'll be challenged to develop creative approaches to starting conversations, following up with prospects, growing organic account presence, and ultimately closing deals. Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Initiating New Conversations (Approximately 2 hours): Reach out to potential leads and start meaningful conversations that capture their interest in coaching programs. You'll craft compelling messages that resonate with prospects and establish immediate rapport.


• Follow-up Engagement (Approximately 2 hours): Nurture relationships with prospects who have shown interest but haven't yet committed. Your persistence and personalized approach will be key to moving leads through the sales funnel.


• Organic Account Growth (Approximately 2 hours): Contribute to growing our clients' social media presence through strategic engagement, content interaction, and community building. You'll help expand their reach and attract new potential customers.


• Responding to Active Leads and Closing Sales (Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes): Engage with prospects who are ready to make a decision, answer their questions, address concerns, and guide them toward purchasing coaching programs.
