Shopify Developer Needed – Impulse Theme Price Styling Customization

We are looking for an experienced Shopify developer familiar with the Impulse theme.

Task:

We need to customize the product price styling on product pages.

Current issue:

The Impulse theme uses internal variables/snippets that override normal CSS styling. We attempted editing:
• theme.css.liquid
• product.price.liquid
• inline styles
• theme color settings

However, the sale price and compare-at price are still inheriting the same color styles through the theme rendering system.

Goal:

We need the pricing section styled like this:
• Compare-at price (old price): RED + strikethrough
• Current sale price: BLACK, bold, larger font
• Save percentage: GREEN

Example:

$60.00 → red strikethrough

$29.99 → black bold large font

Save 50% → green

Requirements:
• Must work properly on the Impulse Shopify theme
• Must not break variant price updates
• Must remain compatible with mobile and desktop
• Clean implementation preferred (not hacky CSS overrides)
• Developer should understand Shopify Liquid/snippets/theme variables
• Need exact files edited and brief explanation afterward
