Key Responsibilit

ies:• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues on CNC machi

nery• Install, commission, and calibrate CNC machines and automated equipment at customer s

ites• Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspections to maximize uptime and reliabi

lity• Troubleshoot servo systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and CNC cont

rols• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical draw

ings• Support customers both on-site and remotely with technical troubleshooting and service n

eeds• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal t

eams• Provide emergency support and rapid response to minimize customer down

time• Travel throughout the assigned regional territory to support customer s

itesPreferred Qualificati

ons:• 3+ years of experience in CNC field service, machine tool repair, industrial maintenance, or automation sup

port• Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas, Mazak, or similar platf

orms• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills using multimeters and diagnostic equip

ment• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo drives, and motion control sys

tems• Ability to perform machine alignments, ballscrew repairs, and mechanical adjustments prefe

rred• Strong communication and customer service sk
