Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer


You will contribute to building a robust CMDB, streamline IT operations, and support process alignment across global teams.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead development/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules

  • Design workflows, automations, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Ensure platform alignment with global ITSM standards and governance

  • Manage CMDB, discovery, and domain separation

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions


Required Skills & Experience



  • 47 years ServiceNow development experience

  • Hands-on in Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and SLM

  • Strong scripting and configuration (Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs)

  • Experience in domain-separated environments

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS)

  • ITIL Foundation preferred


Preferred Skills



  • Knowledge of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, CSM, GRC

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC practices

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration

  • Effective deployment of ServiceNow modules and workflows

  • Improved service delivery and user experience

  • High-quality, compliant implementations aligned with IT governance

  • Collaboration across regions and functions
