Key Responsibilities



  • Service Design & Strategy



  • Lead the development of a holistic service design strategy for the AI platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and valuable end-user experience across all products.

  • Champion user-centric design principles, embedding user research, feedback, and usability testing into the core of the delivery lifecycle.




  • End-to-End Delivery Management



  • Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and architectural design through to execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

  • Implement and optimize robust project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to guarantee predictable on-time delivery, effective scope management, and the highest quality outcomes.




  • Cross-Functional Orchestration



  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other key business units to ensure strategic alignment and frictionless execution.

  • Translate complex product requirements and high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps for the development teams.




  • Quality & Architectural Governance



  • Ensure all delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and well-architected to meet both current user needs and future business growth.

  • Establish and oversee the final testing and quality assurance frameworks to guarantee all products meet rigorous standards before release.
