We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytically gifted professional to join our Supply Chain Operations team as a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager. Position Overview


As a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our extensive store network processes. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless stock flow through our distribution organization and fulfillment centers by coordinating goals and responding to escalations of day-to-day challenges. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in streamlining network efficiencies and driving operational excellence across the entire supply chain ecosystem.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can synthesize information from various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. You will be working closely with internal teams, external providers, carriers, and field operations to ensure that our supply chain operates at peak performance while maintaining cost efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Network Process Oversight & Stock Flow Management



  • Oversee store network processes and guarantee stock course through the conveyance organization and satisfaction focuses by coordinating goals and answering escalations of day-to-day issues

  • Analyze data from various partners to streamline and improve network efficiencies

  • Provide data to the provider compliance process stream and ensure adherence to established protocols

  • Investigate and analyze root causes of daily and elevated exceptions concerning transporting, receiving, stock, and return-related issues

  • Conduct execution audits of promoting departments, distribution centers, and providers

  • Develop and present recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders

Supply Chain Performance Optimization



  • Streamline supply chain performance by determining and supporting a stream way channel from provider to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit measurements

  • Collaborate with partners in accordance with store network management to ensure sales, in-stock, stock, productivity, and strategy objectives are accomplished

  • Track the movement and appearance of merchandise across the store network

  • Develop and present recommendations to address conflicting objectives

  • Identify request exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain constraints that will impact supply chain performance

  • Create and coordinate resolution strategies for complex operational challenges

Field Leadership & Direction



  • Impact field-level direction and provide guidance to the execution of operations by acting as a contact for the field and conveying functional expectations to providers and carriers

  • Address performance-related issues with stakeholders professionally and effectively

  • Manage stream management questions and concerns with a customer-focused approach

  • Identify best practices and educate teams on adaptation and execution of these methodologies

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and develop resources to improve efficiencies

  • Respond to driver requests and ensure seamless communication channels

Process Improvement & Innovation



  • Lead supply chain stream process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of better ways of working between supply chain partners

  • Present better ways of working efforts and continuous improvement recommendations to leadership

  • Focus on item stream plan goals and ensure stream plans are reachable

  • Support innovation to improve current arrangements and methodologies

  • Handle the amendment of errors cycles and feedback loops

  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve service levels

  • Support the use of end-to-end costing approach and lean concepts

  • Provide cost recommendations to reduce process waste and identify opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies

  • Review and analyze the impact and benefits to internal processes

Relationship Management & Project Coordination



  • Organize, complete, and supervise work-related activities and projects by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Support plans and drives to meet client and business needs

  • Identify and communicate goals and objectives clearly

  • Build accountability and measure progress in achieving results

  • Identify and address progress opportunities proactively

  • Demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning

Team Development & Leadership



  • Provide management and development opportunities to partners by recruiting and training top talent

Essential Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or network management roles

  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain processes in a large-scale retail or distribution environment

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and using analytical tools to drive operational decisions

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software

Preferred Qualifications



  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Experience with data mining and comprehensive data analysis techniques

  • Working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau/Tableau Prep

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent)

  • Experience with lean six sigma methodologies and continuous improvement programs

  • Background in retail or e-commerce supply chain operations

  • Knowledge of transportation management systems and warehouse management systems
