Senior Strategic Consultant - Semiconductor & Chip Industry

As the semiconductor industry faces unprecedented geopolitical shifts and evolving trade regulations, our global consulting firm is looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant to guide our top-tier clients through these complexities. In this pivotal role, you will help industry leaders navigate multi-country export policies, mitigate geopolitical risks, and build robust, innovative supply chains for their global expansion.

Responsibilities:

Trade & Compliance Strategy: Assist clients in navigating complex export license applications and responding to evolving multi-country trade rules.

Risk Mitigation: Deeply assess and manage compliance, legal, and geopolitical risks encountered during clients' global business expansions.

Market & Policy Intelligence: Monitor semiconductor and chip industry policy changes with a strong focus on the Indo-Pacific region-and proactively translate these insights into updated merchandising strategies and product roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Electronic Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

Industry Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, chip sector, or specialized tech supply chain.

Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with the differentiated export policies of various countries regarding semiconductors. Proven experience engaging with government bodies or regulatory agencies on cross-border trade regulation is highly preferred.

Strategic Leadership: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level management and external partners.

Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities. You are an independent, self-motivated team player who can manage multiple high-stakes tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
