With greater than 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the Consumer, Business, and Service Provider areas, the Customer Listening Team across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses is responsible for dealing with the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes layout and programming of the Customer Experience surveys which include forty or more studies translated in over 10 languages and added in greater than 20 countries.

About the Role
The Senior Statistics Architect will assist the transformation and innovation of the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. Most of the obligations of the position consist of helping the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics—our Survey Vendor. This person will work intimately with Product and Process Owners, Concern Matter Specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile Crew in Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Analysis: Individuals would work closely with the Utility Teams to outline, body, and capture business enterprise needs, ensuring all technical solutions align with commercial objectives.
- Voice of the Customer Expertise: Growing information of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
- Data Architecture Design: Layout and build sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions across all customer experience data streams.
- Big Data Solutions Development: Allow Big Statistics and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions making sure information first-rate and accuracy thru intensive testing at variable and use case degree.
- Performance Optimization: Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using Massive Data ecosystem.
- Consumer Story Analysis: Power Consumer Tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, and checking out and build automation tools.
- Process Automation: Proactively pick out and automate guide obligations to improve best and efficiency across all data processing workflows.

Essential Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Experience with Qualtrics survey platform implementation and integration.
- Knowledge of Cornerstone data platform architecture.
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Experience with real-time streaming data processing using Kafka or similar technologies.
- Certification in Big Data technologies (Cloudera, Databricks, or AWS/GCP Big Data).
