About the Role

The arenaflex Business Small Business Acquisition team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our customer insights and campaign strategy. In this pivotal role, you will guide Marketers across multiple acquisition channels on how to understand and acquire prospective B2B customers by building robust capabilities in segmentation, targeting, and content personalization. You will own execution for one of our most critical markets—the United States—while ensuring counterparts in other regions are adopting best practices and methodologies to drive global consistency.

You'll be at the forefront of understanding our prospect base, developing insights that drive marketing strategy, and executing campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Insights Strategy: Define the arenaflex Business customer insights strategy to support acquisition of small business customers. Develop comprehensive understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and purchasing behaviors to inform marketing decisions.

  • Goal Definition & Metrics: Define goals, priorities, and success metrics to deepen our understanding of our prospect base and improve conversion metrics throughout the marketing funnel. Establish KPIs that align with business objectives and provide meaningful visibility into campaign performance.

  • Experimentation Roadmap: Build, prioritize, and execute against an experiment roadmap to validate hypotheses and launch new marketing capabilities, content, and campaign strategies. Use A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously optimize our approach.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with marketers to translate insights and analysis into impactful campaigns in production across multiple acquisition channels including digital, email, content, and events.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with a diverse set of arenaflex teams including Marketing, Product, Technology, Retail, Sales, and Data Science to continuously evolve and refine our strategy. Lead integrated go-to-market initiatives that span multiple business units.

  • Regional Leadership: Serve as the owner for US market execution while mentoring and supporting international counterparts to ensure global consistency in customer insights and campaign approaches.

  • Content Strategy: Develop personalized content strategies that resonate with different segments of small business customers, ensuring messaging aligns with their unique needs and buying journeys.

Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience with demonstrated results

  • Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion

  • Strong track record of using data and metrics to drive measurable improvements in marketing performance

  • Experience leading go-to-market initiatives for consumer software or hardware product launches

  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in clear, actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Strong background in customer analytics, campaign development, and experimentation methodologies

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the small business or procurement space

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company.
