Position Overview

We're looking for an action-oriented, motivated individual who has an obsession for customer satisfaction and experience working with high-end, luxury merchandise. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex Luxury Stores, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing world-class, high-touch service to all customers across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00. The role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office while being part of a dynamic team that's passionate about luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

As a crucial member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for:


  • Brand Ambassador Excellence: Represent arenaflex Luxury Stores with professionalism and grace, embodying the sophistication and exclusivity that our luxury brand partners represent.

  • Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels—phone, email, and live chat—in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the arenaflex Luxury Stores' full range of products, including luxury fashion apparel, accessories, beauty products, and premium collections.

  • Pre-order Support: Respond to customer questions about fit, fashion trends, style recommendations, product availability, and exclusive promotions via phone, email, and online chat.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and cases with sound judgment, making decisions in consideration of policies and procedures while maintaining service level agreements.

  • Data Management: Ensure clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights about customer needs, preferences, and feedback to help improve our service offerings.

  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and identify and escalate system errors or technical issues as they arise.

  • Shipping Support: Work with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international delivery issues, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

  • Policy Adherence: Handle difficult conversations regarding late returns, faulty goods, and concessions with a high level of empathy, integrity, and sound decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, luxury retail establishment, or high-end hospitality service.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy, patience, and integrity.

  • Technical Comfort: Highly proficient with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and various internet browsers. Must be comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and quickly learning new websites and applications.

  • Decision-Making: Confidence to make decisions regarding late returns, faulty goods, and concessions when necessary, always while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Schedule Flexibility: The ability to work a set schedule (including start times, stop times, breaks, and lunches), with willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is required during peak seasons, and overtime may be necessary based on business needs.

  • Remote Work Setup: A dedicated home work area that is free from background noise, equipped with a reliable wired high-speed internet connection (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi), and a modem or router with an Ethernet port for direct connection.

  • Equipment Usage: The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership.

  • Performance Under Pressure: Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would make you an ideal candidate:


  • Additional years of experience in luxury customer service environments

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or online luxury retail

This is a fully remote position, giving you the freedom to work from your home office while staying connected with your team through digital collaboration tools. We operate as a call center from 7am-9pm CST, 7 days a week, ensuring our customers receive around-the-clock luxury service.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience:


  • Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour

  • Annual Base Pay Range: The base pay for this position ranges from approximately $34,320/year to $39,000/year, depending on your location and job-related knowledge

  • Total Compensation: arenaflex is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package
