Are you passionate about building scalable cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, and driving reliability across mission-critical systems? We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize our cloud-native environment while partnering closely with development, security, and operations teams. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy, improving system performance, and delivering secure, highly available solutions that support a fast-growing FinTech organization.

Day in the Life

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll spend your day solving complex technical challenges, improving platform reliability, and building automation that helps teams move faster and more securely. You'll collaborate with developers, security professionals, and infrastructure teams to support cloud platforms, optimize Kubernetes environments, and drive continuous improvement across our DevOps ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS

Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery

Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and high availability

Develop and maintain Helm charts for containerized application deployments

Manage and support production Kafka environments

Partner with development teams to improve application reliability, security, and performance

Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements

Monitor system health and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes

Lead technical initiatives and recommend platform improvements and architectural enhancements

Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)

Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, performing root cause analysis

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and platform reliability

Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route53, KMS, and Secrets Manager

Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments

Proficiency creating and maintaining Helm charts

Experience supporting and administering Kafka clusters

Recent experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production environments

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud architectures

Experience working within Agile software development teams

Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation

Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

AWS or related cloud certifications are highly desirable

Eagerness to continuously learn and expand technical expertise

High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00
