• Design and implement seamless automated pipelines using GitLab for AWS government cloud deployments.
• Optimize CI/CD platform to elevate application delivery performance.
• Oversee and manage GitLab CI/CD systems ensuring efficient integration and operation.
• Collaborate on improving containerization strategies and reinforce security best practices.
• Incorporate secure deployment processes, including automated security checks.

Skills:
• Proven expertise in Git and GitLab CI/CD tools to streamline code management.
• Advanced proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, EC2, S3, and EKS.
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes for superior container management.
• Competency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation tasks.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and comparable tools.
• Familiarity with security testing methodologies and container scanning technologies like Trivy or Prisma.
• Knowledge of GitOps principles and deployment tools, including ArgoCD/Flux.
• Proven experience with Ansible or CloudFormation for sophisticated IaC implementations.
• Certifications in GitLab or AWS is a plus.
