Position Overview

As a Product Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our advertisers and internal business teams. You will be responsible for managing challenges faced by arenaflex advertisers across our comprehensive suite of advertising products, including Display advertising, YouTube advertising, Analytics platforms, Shopping solutions, arenaflex Marketing Platform (AMP), and Mobile/Applications.

This position encompasses taking ownership of sensitive and complex issues across arenaflex advertising products, identifying patterns of problems for business and clients, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve product issues, and managing complex issues through to resolution to improve the overall client experience. You will be the trusted technical advisor who bridges the gap between our internal teams and external advertisers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities designed to showcase your technical expertise and customer-centric approach:


  • Customer Support Excellence: Listen attentively and deliver exceptional customer care, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and bugs from internal teams and arenaflex advertisers. You will serve as the primary technical contact for high-priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • AI-Powered Ecosystem Expertise: Understand the evolving AI-powered nature of the arenaflex Ads ecosystem and possess the ability to communicate complex ML model language with both internal and external clients. You will translate technical AI concepts into accessible language that drives value for our advertisers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional partners, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams, to build automation frameworks and processes that identify and prevent product glitches and issues before they impact our clients.
  • Tool Development: Model and develop tools that enable efficient investigation of client issues and inquiries, facilitating troubleshooting of standard use cases and empowering the team to resolve issues more effectively.
  • Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to advertiser operations.
  • Issue Pattern Identification: Identify patterns of issues for business and clients, working proactively to address root causes and prevent recurrence across our global advertiser base.
  • Product Improvement: Partner with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve product issues, providing valuable feedback that informs future product development and enhancement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience coding with a broadly usable programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python, working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Networks, or performing data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to investigate and debug tagging issues on websites using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interpret data to influence across cross-functional partners in gTech and Engineering associations, with the capability to convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Adaptability: Willingness to learn and master new technologies, tools, and processes in a rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.

  • System Design Expertise: Experience in system design and API development, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
