- Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and stylized assets based on project briefs.
- Develop assets across styles such as low-poly, voxel, and material-driven aesthetics.
- Simulate and replicate handcrafted textures including clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Ensure accuracy in geometry, topology, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Produce multiple variations while maintaining consistency in style and quality. Optimize models and assets for intended use (render, real-time, or production pipelines).
- Document workflows, processes, and asset metadata clearly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.

- Ability to replicate real-world materials and handcrafted textures convincingly.
- Strong sense of form, silhouette, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with non-photorealistic rendering (NPR) workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
