What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our client's brands, representing their values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Customer Interaction: Professionally handle incoming calls from customers who have questions, concerns, or require additional support regarding products and services
- Problem Resolution: Achieve specific support and resolution goals on every interaction, ensuring customers leave satisfied and confident in the brand
- Active Listening & Assessment: Utilize script guidelines and effective probing techniques to determine customer needs and identify the most appropriate solutions
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of client products and/or services to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our state-of-the-art customer relationship management systems

Your Qualifications & What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred but not required—We welcome eager learners!)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work rotational shifts as business needs require
- Residence within a 25-35 mile radius of our Rochester, NY facility
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in call center or customer support environments
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Proven track record of meeting performance targets
- Bilingual capabilities (considered an asset)
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
