Experience- 7 yrs to 12 yrs

Salesforce OmniStudio DevOps roles involve designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions using the Omni Studio platform within the Salesforce ecosystem. These roles require a strong understanding of both Salesforce development, Omni Studio and DevOps practices

· Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability.

· Developing and automating deployment processes for Salesforce applications.

· Implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.

· Collaborating with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

· Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

· Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

· Managing version control and repositories for Salesforce projects.

· Providing technical support and guidance to Salesforce users.

· Reviewing and merging work in source control.

· Setting up, monitoring, and improving DevOps processes.

· Overseeing the DevOps process and offering mentorship.

· Along with DevOvps, should have development knowledge in Apex, LWC and API’s

· Must have good development knowledge in OmniStudio
