Too Good To Go is a social impact company focused on reducing food waste, and they are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential stores, guiding them through the signup process, and managing a pipeline of leads to contribute to the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Cold call new prospects, min. 60 calls a day to introduce and sell the value of Too Good To Go to them
- Take the stores through the signup process (which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours)
- Maintain and organise a solid pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce based on the monthly leads you are given
- Join weekly meetings with the Growth team to ensure smooth transition after the 28 days and ensure that they are aware of stores ready to be handed over
Skills
- Eager to learn and don't take no for an answer
- Ability to make a minimum of 60 calls per day
- Experience in sales, or as a server in a restaurant, or as a clerk in a store where you are upselling to customers
- Ability to maintain and organize a solid pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce
- Willingness to join weekly meetings with the Growth team
- Strong energy, commitment, and humble approach to others
