Sales & Operations Coordinator

Mochi Foods is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with wholesale and retail customers, process orders, coordinate shipments, and support inventory and purchasing activities.

As a small and fast-growing company, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to wear multiple hats.

What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email

Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping

Help customers find the best products and solutions for their business

Process customer orders and generate invoices

Coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics partners

Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing activities

Maintain accurate records for orders, purchase orders, and vendor communications

Assist with inventory planning, forecasting, and operational reporting

Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse partners to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, purchasing, or related fields

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience in food & beverage, CPG, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing

Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing workflows

Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, Extensiv, NetSuite, or similar systems

Experience working with warehouses, freight carriers, or suppliers

Startup or small business experience
