South Central U.S.
, with a strong preference for candidates based in:
Texas (ideal), Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Arkansas
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive business growth across a defined territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
- Work closely with OEMs, system integrators, and end users to deliver technical solutions
- Identify opportunities and develop tailored automation and IIoT solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and present technical and commercial proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing account development
- Build and support a regional distribution network
- Stay current on automation trends, emerging technologies, and market activity
- Travel approximately 60% (primarily domestic)
- What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or controls engineering
- Strong background in PLC, HMI, robotics, or industrial automation systems
- Experience working with OEMs, integrators, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
