Scale Plus is a business development company based in Montréal, specializing in the information technology sector. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to their sales strategy, execute business development missions, and generate real business opportunities for clients.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy commerciale de Scale Plus
- Exécuter des missions de développement d’affaires pour nos clients
- Développer des pitchs percutants
- Prospecter par téléphone
- Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés avec des décideurs (C-Level, direction métiers…)
- Participer aux RDV de démo et assurer le suivi post-entretien
- Accompagner les phases de négociation et de closing
- Mettre à jour les outils CRM et produire les reportings hebdos
- Animer des points de suivi avec les clients
- Contribuer activement au développement de Scale Plus
Skills
- Strong persuasion skills and verbal fluency (in both French and English)
- A hunter mindset: you're not afraid of the phone and love prospecting
- A drive for results and challenges
- Great organization and attention to detail
- At least 1 year of B2B business development experience
- A passion for the tech industry
