Monta is an all-in-one EV charging platform powering the future of electric mobility. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify new opportunities, engage prospects, and build the pipeline that fuels our sales engine, ultimately paving the way to becoming an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage outbound leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner with Account Executives to break into target accounts
- Qualify opportunities and generate high-quality pipeline
- Become an expert in Monta's platform and value proposition
- Use tools like HubSpot, AmpleMarket, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Analyze market trend and signals to guide outreach
- Hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets
Skills
- Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn
- 6+ months in sales development or similar experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting
- Coachable mindset and resilience
- Fluent in English
