Hyve Group is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and drive lead generation efforts. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to support the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and qualify potential clients
- Research and identify target prospects, developing personalized outreach strategies to drive engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition
- Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to optimize outreach efforts
Skills
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients
- Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for effective outreach
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to collective success
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Preferably within the events industry
