Sales Development Representative

In this role, you will:



  • Search for new leads across various channels, including general research, social media, industry events, etc.

  • Learn our product and ideal customers’ needs and requirements.

  • Initiate contact with leads through emails, social media, and calling.

  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads to meet with our product experts for a demonstration of our products.

  • Creating effective email campaigns and funnels.

  • Partner with our Marketing team on efforts including webinars, events, etc.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales tactics through self-development

  • Contribute to experiments including messaging, tactics, etc.

  • Keep HubSpot up-to-date and accurate with customer and deal data.

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on messaging and tactics to grow our demand generation efforts.

  • Collaborate with team members in Customer Success, Support and Marketing among others.


About you:



  • You have 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS

  • You’re fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are a team player quick to share best practices, learn from others and partner with cross-functional team members.

  • You’re a problem solver who is okay with ambiguity.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and seek opportunities to experiment and grow.


It would be nice if you had:



  • Experience with working with tools, including: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AmpleMarket, Apollo.io, or similar tools.

  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization or selling to Marketing buyers.

  • Experience crafting tailored, personalized messages for ABM-style outreach.

  • Experience using AI engines to analyze campaigns, build templates, and increase productivity all around.

  • Experience working remotely within a global team.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up.
