Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter)

Location: Remote
Hours; 10- 15 hrs/week
Pay: £12.30 per hour (increasing to £12.80 in April) plus commission - see pay structure

About the Role

Were a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company looking for a part-time appointment setter (SDR) to contact schools, offices, hotels, warehouses, medical centres, and other commercial sites. You will:

  • Use and help refine a simple talk track
  • Make outbound calls
  • Book qualified appointments for site surveys
  • Log outcomes and update lead sheets
  • Follow up with warm leads
  • Help refine and improve the call script
  • Use LinkedIn to find and connect with leads
  • Work 10-15 hours per week (fully flexible)
  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers
  • Join a short weekly check-in with the Managing Director

You will NOT be closing deals or visiting clients

You only book the appointments- we do the rest.

Pay & Commission Structure

  • £12.30 per hour, plus performance-based commission
  • No commission is paid on the first 2 attended appointments


How Commission Works
Commission is paid on every contract successfully secured from your appointments. Contract values
typically range from £20,000 to £100,000+ per year, offering strong earning potential.

Pilot Phase (first 5–10 attended appointments):
£10 paid per attended appointment

Ongoing Commission:
10% commission on the first months invoice for each contract secured
Typical Commission Earnings Per Deal
Small contract: around £166
Average contract: £300–£600
Large site or school contract: £833+

Realistic Monthly Earnings (10–15 hours per week)
£600–£1,500 per month while getting established
£1,500–£3,000+ per month once established

No cap on commission earnings. This is an excellent opportunity for confident callers who want high earning potential alongside
flexible, part-time hours.

What Success Looks Like
In 10- 15 hours per week, most SDRs achieve:
150-250 outbound calls/week
4-8 qualified appointments/week
2-4 new clients/month closed by our team
