Whitcomb, Selinsky, PC is a boutique law firm just outside of Denver, Colorado, serving veteran-owned small businesses across the United States. They are seeking a Sales Closer to engage, qualify, and convert leads into clients, focusing on estate planning, probate, and trust administration services.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Qualify leads by identifying legal needs and determining alignment with our firm’s services
- Clearly communicate the value of our estate planning, probate, and trust administration services
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client transitions
Skills
- Proven experience in sales closing, preferably in legal, financial, or professional services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to discern quality leads and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and call management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Empathetic, ethical, and client-focused
- Background or familiarity with estate planning, probate, or trust administration
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience working in a law firm or legal services environment
- Experience using HubSpot and Clio Manage
