- Job Description:
- Partner with the VP, peers, brokers, and distributor network to develop, implement, and drive our sales strategy targeting the Mainstream food channel.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and team sales goals, maximizing profitability.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies.
- Develop and execute distribution targets and promotion plans.
- Build strong and credible relationships with existing customers and channels.
- Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing in producing monthly reports and sales forecasts.
- Facilitate cross-department collaborations with R&D, Production, Quality, and other departments.
- Participate in nationwide food shows to approach business opportunities with prospects.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience with proven track record of leadership in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry
- Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.
- Prior experience with mainstream market preferred
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
