We're seeking a full-time, remote customer support specialist to provide world-class support to our rapidly growing customer base. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, live chat, and phone/video calls. Your primary focus will be on reading and replying to customer emails, resolving queries, and providing expert guidance on our app's features and capabilities.

  • Respond to customer emails and live chat queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, including requests for custom reports, formulas, and feature explanations
  • Record videos to demonstrate the functionality of our app and provide clear answers to customer questions
  • Collaborate with customers to schedule and set up reports in Google Sheets
  • Write documentation about various features of our app to enhance customer knowledge and experience
  • Participate in phone/video calls with larger customers to educate and walk through our app's features
  • Continuously improve our knowledge base and documentation to ensure seamless customer support
  • *Essential Skills**
  • Analytical reading: ability to understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
  • Intelligible writing: excellent written English with clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication
  • Problem-solving: tenacity in tackling new and unique report requests, considering various solutions to find the optimal one
  • Love for data and numbers: comfort and interest in working with data, with experience in data analysis tools a plus

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
  • Experience in e-commerce, accounting, or finance: familiarity with these domains will be beneficial as our reports often analyze orders, transactions, and financial data
  • Ability to create engaging screencasts for documentation and tutorial purposes

  • Comfortable working from home or another remote environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable, high-speed internet access
  • Self-starter, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Available and online during working hours, with clear and frequent communication
