Dashlane is a company focused on delivering credential security for businesses and employees. The Revenue Operations Associate will support revenue generation efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize processes, and enhance customer interactions.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional revenue and retention programs, managing project lifecycles from planning to delivery while proactively resolving roadblocks to hit GTM milestones
  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to analyze sales and customer data, uncovering trends and best practices that drive revenue growth and retention
  • Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows (e.g., prospecting and expansion) to increase conversion rates and ensure team-wide adherence
  • Support key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and campaign launches, focusing on introducing long-term efficiencies and data-driven problem solving
  • Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns, providing empirical, evidence-based recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition metrics
  • Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting by establishing robust data structures and ensuring high QA standards in the CRM

Skills

  • Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication
  • A proactive, growth-oriented attitude—ideally backed by prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role
