Retail & E-Commerce Data Operations Coordinator

Leidos is a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the defense sector, seeking a Retail Products & Ecommerce Data Operations Coordinator to support their Energy Efficiency Program. The role involves managing data integrity, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to various managers within the Residential program.

Responsibilities

• Manage Retail Products Initiative data accurately and thoroughly, ensuring quality, integrity, accuracy, and consistency
• Be able to interpret data and analyze results
• Assist Retail Products & ECommerce Initiative Manager and Residential Data Team Manager with processing invoices, verifying eligibility, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable, and tracking invoice status
• Document meeting notes and action items for Residential meetings/calls
• Compile and deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting as applicable
• Assist Residential Data Team with application entry and cleanup, as necessary
• Utilize the CRM database and propose process streamlining
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, printing, and copying
• Assist with the compilation of Retail Products distributor and manufacturer agreements
• Work closely with the Residential Call Center to track and report customer inquiries and product returns/exchanges

Skills

• High School diploma with one plus (1+) years' experience
• Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
• Database knowledge and data entry skills required
• Capability to organize and record documents and files
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide prompt responses in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities through task completion
• Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
• Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels
• One plus (1+) years of Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience prompting Artificial Intelligence to complete tasks and reviewing quality of results for accuracy
• Dashboard development utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft PowerBI, or Microsoft Excel
