Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EverCommerce is on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for creating sales opportunities through outbound conversations and qualifying prospects to support the Customer Engagement Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
- Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality
- Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
- Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working
- Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
- Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution
