Part of our screening process is a 200-question personality test and work philosophy test built by our team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Conduct initial candidate outreach and in-person screening to determine candidate fit as per position specifications</li><li>Develop sourcing strategies for roles, gather competitive intelligence, and assist in targeted sourcing structures to build market maps</li><li>Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Google Suite, and third party data and job boards to track candidates and workflow</li><li>Conduct detailed screening and briefing of candidates on responsibilities, salary, and benefits</li><li>Prepare CVs, submission documents, dashboards, and client updates for live searches</li><li>Manage interviews, tests, and feedback communication with candidates and clients</li><li>Maintain a good understanding of clients and industry markets</li><li>Stay updated on best practices in sourcing tools and technologies</li><li>Maintain data quality and accuracy in internal databases<br><br><br></li></ul>
