As a Driver\'s Mate, you will shape a new area in our business, supporting the Drivers to ensure the on-time delivery of IKEA goods to customers in the local area whilst delivering a high level of service.</p> <h2>WHAT WE OFFER</h2> <ul> <li>The Start Date of employment will be: 21st April 2026</li> <li>This role offers a salary of £27276.00 per annum, based on competence & prior experience.</li> <li>39 Hours per week, this role has a rolling shift pattern of 4 days working and 2 days off, including weekends.
