Technical Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best in this remote role, we require the following technical specifications:

Computer System: A computer running an authentic, validated, or native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current macOS. Mac computers cannot be more than 5 years old.

Peripherals: A USB headset and webcam are required for communication.

Monitor: At least one monitor that is 15 inches or larger.

Internet Connection: Minimum internet speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. A direct Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over wireless.

Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment suitable for professional customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications
