IKS Health is a trusted partner for 600+ clients including the largest hospitals, health systems, and specialty groups across the United States</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Leader to own end-to-end deployment of a comprehensive care enablement platform across provider organizations. This platform spans revenue cycle optimization (FFS), clinician efficiency solutions, and value-based care (VBC) enablement.<strong></strong></p> <p>This role is accountable for turning signed deals into operational reality driving structured, on-time, high-quality implementations across a multi-product, deeply integrated platform. The leader will operate at the intersection of product, operations, client stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful rollout and adoption.</p> <p><strong>End-to-End Implementation Ownership</strong></p> <p>Own full lifecycle delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilization—across all platform components (RCM, patient engagement, clinician workflow tools, VBC MSO services)</p> <p>Translate contractual scope into a sequenced, executable implementation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.</p> <p>Drive integration of multiple products into a unified operational workflow, not siloed deployments.</p> <p><strong>Program & Project Execution</strong></p> <p>Build and actively manage detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly execution dashboards.</p> <p>Enforce timeline discipline and accountability across internal teams (product, engineering, ops) and external client stakeholders.</p> <p>Identify risks early and intervene decisively to unblock execution—this is a “fix it before it escalates” role.</p> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Orchestration</strong></p> <p>Serve as the central point of coordination across:</p> <p> Internal teams: product, engineering, data integration, operations, client success</p> <p>External stakeholders: client executives, clinical leadership, IT, revenue cycle teams</p> <p>Ensure alignment on data integrations (EHR, PM systems), workflow redesign, and operational readiness</p> <p><strong>Executive Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <p>Engage directly with executive sponsors (internal & client-side) to:</p> <p>Provide transparent progress updates</p> <p>Escalate and resolve critical risks</p> <p>Drive decision-making to maintain momentum</p> <p>Operate comfortably in high-stakes environments where delays impact revenue and operations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Operational Readiness & Adoption</strong></p> <p>Ensure successful workflow implementation, user training, and change management across clinical and administrative teams.</p> <p>Partner with operations teams to ensure post go-live performance stabilization and KPI tracking.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Desired Experience & Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>15 years of experience in implementation, program management, or operations roles within healthcare technology / services or health systems / medical groups .</p> <p>Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream implementations (e.g., EHR, RCM platforms, care management, or enterprise SaaS deployments).</p> <p>Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs with significant integration dependencies (e.g., EHR/PM integrations, data migrations, workflow redesign).</p> <p>Experience working directly with provider organizations (health systems, MSOs, physician groups).</p> <p>Strong familiarity with:</p> <p>Revenue cycle operations (front, middle, back office)</p> <p>Clinical workflows and EHR ecosystems</p> <p>Value-based care models and/or MSO operations</p> <p>Experience implementing or rolling out large scale programs in healthcare IT or health systems or medical groups </p> <p>Experience driving change management in clinical environments.</p> <p>Exposure to AI-enabled clinical or operational tools</p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <p> Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree; MBA or MHA is preferred</p> <h6 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong>:<span> The maximum annual base salary range is $190,000-$240,000 </span>a year, determined by years of<span> relevant experience, skills, and the specific geographical location where the work is performed.
