[Remote] TRID Reviewer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time TRID Reviewer to ensure TRID compliance is met as well as state disclosure requirements. The role involves reviewing loans for compliance, managing department pipelines, and acting as a compliance adviser to the processing team.

Responsibilities

• Review loans for state disclosure compliance
• Ensure changed circumstances are valid and disclosed timely
• Ensure disclosures are signed with acceptable eSignature (DocuSign) or handwritten
• Order and understand Compliance reports
• Diagnose and fix compliance Alerts, Fails and Warnings
• Act as a first line compliance adviser to processing team
• Manage department pipeline to ensure quality loans close on time
• Know and understand fee tolerances and rules surrounding them
• Stay up to date with all regulatory RESPA-TILA/TRID changes and ensure all disclosures are compliant
• Ensure all parties required to sign disclosures do so
• Maintain all queues to Company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mortgage experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
