This temporary remote position involves managing electronic legal files, ensuring proper organization, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Locate, review, and organize electronic legal documents
- Accurately move, save, and file documents within designated systems
- Maintain consistent and logical file naming and organization protocols
- Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored
- Assist with document retrieval requests as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Comfortable navigating digital file systems and folders
- Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity without direct supervision
- Must have a personal computer/laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Basic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required)
