The Temporary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will provide recruiting administration support to the Talent Acquisition team in North America, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards
- Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and candidate travel requests
- Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
- Participate in projects as Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems
- Assist TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem solver who can balance compliance with client and candidate needs
