They are seeking a TeleSales Specialist to connect with warm, pre-qualified leads, assist clients in choosing suitable coverage, and follow a proven virtual sales process.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads by phone or Zoom
• Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
• Follow our proven virtual sales process — no guesswork
• Participate in daily Zoom trainings (11 AM–12 PM EST)
• Track and reach personal income goals
• Stay coachable and communicate with your mentor team

Skills

• Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-discipline to work remotely and stay consistent
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Laptop, phone, and internet connection
