Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to Sales Representatives
  • Prepare proposals, rate documentation, contracts, and approval forms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support deal execution
  • Act as a contact for smaller hotel partners
  • Support onboarding and activation of new hotel partners
  • Monitor account health and identify growth or optimization opportunities
  • Conduct account check-ins and resolve operational issues with internal teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities and escalate significant leads to Sales Managers
  • Facilitate performance reviews for smaller hotel accounts
  • Review KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
  • Document performance discussions and follow-up actions in CRM
  • Escalate accounts with notable revenue potential or risk
  • Qualify opportunities and manage early follow-up for high-potential partners
  • Coordinate account renewals and incremental sales opportunities
  • Track long-tail revenue trends and flag growth opportunities
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on lower-tier opportunities

Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Slack
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable leading client calls and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up and accountability
