They are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through their subscription and data products, managing inbound inquiries and prospecting for new business.
Responsibilities
- Strategically compile lists of prospective customers using ad inquiries, trade shows, direct marketing, and digital intelligence to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and execute proactive outbound follow-ups via phone and email to qualify and close opportunities
- Overcome technical and business objections by emphasizing salable features, quoting terms, and preparing accurate sales orders
- Partner with internal teams to leverage property analytics, creating tailored solutions that address specific customer pain points
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring all lead generation and customer contact data is accurate and actionable
- Act as the 'voice of the customer' by providing feedback to Management and Marketing regarding market needs, concerns, and delivery issues
Skills
- 1+ years of proven Sales experience
- High proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Natural ability to navigate objections and secure 'win-win' solutions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story
