They are seeking a Service Team CSR Representative to deliver exceptional service to Broker partners by supporting them across various tasks, ensuring high productivity and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Respond to broker inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
- Complete underwriting tasks for all carriers
- Review and process enrollment documentation
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Provide support to brokers through phone, email, chat, and in-person communication
- Assist with quoting for new and renewing business
- Offer both pre-sale and post-sale support
- Help facilitate the claims process
- Assist in resolving billing issues
- Manage personal work queue, email inbox, shared queues, and follow-up tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet productivity standards while performing essential job duties, consistent with ADA, FMLA, and applicable laws
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance in line with company policy and federal/state standards
- Must be able to speak clearly, listen actively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for approximately 75% of the workday
- Occasionally move about the office to access files, office equipment, etc
